·          RN with license and current registration to practice as Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Pennsylvania, Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
·          3-5 years of Management experience .

Clinical Nurse Specialist /Nurse Educator

Position Location: Eastern PA (Philadelphia), Maryland, New Jersey, Delaware, or Virginia

 

Position Responsibilities:


•Assist the sales team in analyzing customer pain and identify the value AccuNurse provides during the pre-sales process
•Demonstrate AccuNurse both on-site and via internet conferencing as requested in support of the sales process
•Complete and analyze the ROI questionnaire with customers and provide feedback to sales. In some cases these will be completed through face to face interviews.
•Provide AccuNurse training on-site to the nursing staff.
•Project manager of the implementation of AccuNurse including installation, planning, meetings and managing others used in the implementation.
•Provide back-up to support desk when necessary
•Create, modify and update training material and make recommendations on improving customer training.
•Lead occasional Webinars on the best practices in LTC utilizing AccuNurse.
•Create white papers on various LTV benefits of AccuNurse
•Cross train internal Trainers, Client Relationship Managers and Support Representatives on long term care facility operations and activities
•Provide input to product management related to product functionality and participate in the prioritization of bugs, enhancements and improvements for future releases.
•Stay abreast of current regulations, practices and technology within long term care and provide feedback to marketing and product management.
•Assist in qualifying sales leads
•Support key speaking engagement at various conferences as directed by Marketing and Sales
•Travel up to 50%

Qualifications:
Education: Nursing degree

Experience:


•Must be a licensed nurse and have a minimum of 5 years experience in direct long term care.
•Creating and assisting in the development of white papers
•Solid presentation skills to diverse audiences
•Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point
