Proposed changes to Bylaws:
[Section 3: Election Schedule
- Election for the office of the three Area Senior Vice Presidents shall be on a rotating basis every third year (starting in 2007 with Area I and moving forward with each area Senior Vice President to start the rotation.
- Election for the office of the three area Vice Presidents shall be on a rotating basis every third year (starting in 2009 with Area I and moving forward with each area Vice President to start the rotation).
Election of the secretary shall be every third year starting with the year 2007 to start the rotation.
Election of the treasurer shall be every third year starting with the year 2007 to start the rotation.]

The results of the election, naming those elected, shall be published in the Journal, announced at the Annual Meeting of the organization, and posted on the PADONA Web site.
